MO2 POS End User License Agreement
Effective date: September 30, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of MO2 POS ("Application"), provided by Motion On 2 Inc. ("Motion On 2," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Application, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Authorized Use and License
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Application for authorized Motion On 2 business operations.
The Application is intended for approved studio staff and administrators. This Agreement does not authorize use by other businesses or provide access to any Clover merchant account.
2. Application Functions
MO2 POS supports studio checkout, sales records, and integration with Clover payment services. Available functions depend on the Application's configuration, merchant authorization, compatible equipment, and third-party services.
A payment request or pending status does not establish that payment succeeded. Users must verify payment outcomes before treating a transaction as paid. Recording a transaction in MO2 POS does not necessarily update a Wix booking or order.
3. User Responsibilities
You must use only accounts, devices, and merchant connections you are authorized to access; protect login credentials; verify the customer, service, and amount before requesting payment; review payment outcomes before retrying a transaction to avoid duplicate charges; and follow applicable laws and payment-provider requirements.
You must not use the Application for fraudulent transactions, bypass security controls, interfere with its operation, or access another person's information without authorization.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application depends on services provided by Clover, Wix, and applicable payment providers. Those services are governed by their own agreements, policies, fees, and technical requirements.
This Agreement does not replace your merchant-processing agreement. Motion On 2 does not guarantee third-party availability, payment authorization, settlement timing, or compatibility.
5. Privacy
Personal and transaction information is handled as described in the Motion On 2 Privacy Policy:

6. Ownership
The Application and its associated materials remain the property of Motion On 2 or their respective owners. This Agreement grants permission to use the Application, not ownership of it. Clover, Wix, and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Motion On 2 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Application. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension, Termination, and Updates
We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized use, security concerns, violations of this Agreement, or discontinuation of the Application. When access ends, you must stop using it.
Termination does not automatically delete records that must be retained for legal, accounting, or transaction-related purposes.
We may update the Application or this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users. Continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
